| Compared with cast-in-place concrete construction,prefabricated construction has many advantages due to it’s own features.Such as it can reduce the erection time and cost,ensure the quality of the building,save energy and resources,reduce construction waste and so on.The development of prefabricated structural system is the only way to realize housing industrialization.In recent years,a new type of steel plate concretes has been proposed by foreign scholars.While in China,there are few research on this new type,but on the analysis of the performance of the steel cage components,without systematic division of the steel cage concrete frame.This article will carry on the numerical simulation for this kind of prefabricated steel cage concrete frame,and analyze its seismic performance.The article theoretically analyzes mechanical behavior of three different groups of frame structure — all-cast-in-place reinforced concrete,all-cast-in-place steel cage concrete and fabricated steel cage concrete — under horizontal low cyclic force.Through the comparison of the seismic performance of the new type of structure,we found that in this two steel cage frameworks,only the steel in the frame columns can be instead with steel cage,while beam and other components are still using the traditional reinforced concrete structure.This article introduces a complete set of testing scheme for further experimental study,which also provides a theoretical reference for the development of the new steel cage structure.This article is mainly through the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate three sets of frame models.To model those three adopting separate solid modeling methods and to compare the simulation results of those three from the hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,structure ductility,energy dissipation ability and relevant cloud pictures.According to the results,the yield strength and ultimate strength of two groups of steel cage structure have improved compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure.The ductility of three groups of frameworks can all meet the standard requirements and the all cast-in-place concrete framework has the largest ductility coefficient.Also,this new type of structure shows good seismic performance in other aspects too.This article makes the relevant conclusion by software simulation,which provides theoretical reference for future framework experiments. |
