Marine crane is a kind of special machines for offshore lifting operations,which can be used for supplies between ship and ship,port cargo loading and unloading,underwater salvage,installation of marine equipment.When the marine crane works,the lifting weight produces shaking inevitably due to various reasons.Because the lifting weight's shaking not only reduces the efficiency of the crane,but also may threaten the safety of the staff,so the research of crane weight shaking reduction becomes more and more important.In this paper,based on the purpose of reducing lifting weight's shaking,we design a folding anti-sway arm such a mechanical anti-sway device,and do the following work:(1)Based on the anti-sway principle of the anti-sway arm,we determine the overall design of the folding anti-sway arm and the working process from taking back to giving out,and then determine the size of each part of the folding anti-sway arm.Finally,we carry out the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the folding anti-sway arm we designed and get the relationship between each component and the relationship betwween the cylinder force and the size and angle of each component.(2)Based on the kinematics and dynamics theroy,we apply robotics and Lagrang theroy,and simulate the movement of waves and ship,then establish the mathematical model of the marine crane weight shaking system and the crane with folding anti-sway arm.(3)Appling Solidworks to build the three-dimensional model of the crane with folding anti-sway arm,slewing mechanism and two degree of freedom ship platform according to the actual size,and then putting the three-dimensional model into the software ADAMS to simulate.(4)According to the mathematical model established in the preceding article,we carrying out the static analysis of the folding anti-sway arm under the working condition,and then use the ANSYS software to analyze the deformation and stress distribution of the anti-sway arm's components.Through the simulation results of ADAMS and the analysis results of ANSYS,it can be seen that the folding anti-sway arm we designed has obvious anti-sway effect of lifting weight on the marine crane and meets the strength requirements of the selected materials.
