With the increasing performance requirements of aviation gas turbines, the compressor,as a machine providing high temperature and high pressure gas,is developing its design technology. The design technology of the compressor has gone from the quasi-three-dimensional design method to the three-dimensional design system mainly based on CFD technology. The experimental technology develops from the plane cascade experiment to a variety of experimental methods combined to greatly improve the design level of the compressor. In this paper, the research model is a sectorial cascade.Based on the CFD numerical simulation method, aiming at the problem that the periodicity of the cascade outlet flow field is poor, the feasibility of applying the suction method to the periodicity control of the sectorial cascade test piece is studied by the way of sucking seam established, and the inlet circumferential nonuniformity is studied.First of all, through the design of the sectorial cascade on both sides with the opening of the suction seams, and both sides contraction of the program, the results show that the periodicity of the cascade outlet flow field has some improvement, but still can not meet the design requirements. The new selection of the modified suction program has good periodicity, both sides of the baffle with the contraction, only one side with the opening suction seams.Secondly, the study by changing the shape of the new program precisely, selected the best design. The suction seam size and suction flow in the left side, the baffle shrinkage size in the right side was selected to access the best structure of the sector.Thirdly,a test method getting an inhomogeneous stator by changing the installation angle of a adjustable guide vane in the middle flow tunnel was used. The rotation can reduce the circulation capacity in stator flow tunnels, and cause separate whirlpools at the stator end wall. The effects of the AGV different installation angles on the aerodynamic performance and flow field structure are analyzed. The above results show that the circumferential nonuniformity of the flow angle and mach-number of the outlet can be adjusted by using the designed sectorial cascade with one side baffle opening suction seams in the existing experimental conditions,so that the stator flow field is closer to the real flow field and the reliability of the experiment is improved, which provides a new reference for the outlet periodicity control of the sectorial cascade experiment and the application of the experimental suction method, and applies the experiment to the study of the inhomogeneous inlet flow field.
