Ship electric power system tends to be complicated based on the increasing of the ship’s enlargement and the degree of electrification.Therefore,the demand for its stability tends to be more stringent.Based on the Low-voltage AC ship power system,this paper analyzes and studies the stability of the ship power system in the following sides.First of all,based on the mature power flow algorithm of the land distribution network,the method of forward pushing power flow calculation is adopted for the characteristics of the marine electric system.For the difficulty dealing with the problem of weak ring network,and the generator node may be a PV node when multiple power supply operated in parallel in the application of traditional algorithm to ship,this paper analyze them and improve the applicability of the algorithm.Secondly,the transient process produced by the short circuit current of the ship power system is studied in detail,and the error comparison and applicability of common short-circuit current algorithms are studied,then the conclusion is drawn:The CCS-2015 algorithm is considered as the most.comprehensive.After correcting the algorithm,a short circuit current algorithm is proposed,which combines the hierarchical search of the link table and the Power layer equivalence.Then,based on the modified CCS-2015 short-circuit current algorithm and combined with the real ship data,the short-circuit current calculation software with VB and Excel programming is developed,and the modified algorithm is validated.At the same time,based on the calculation results,the paper studies the type selection and protection coordination of the ship AC circuit breaker,and the results show that the method of selection and coordination analysis is feasible.Finally,in order to study the effects of the two typical external disturbances on the transient stability of the ship’s power system,the simulation model based on MATLAB/Simulink is built,and simulated it under load sudden increasing or decreasing fault and the three-phase short-circuit fault.By simulation this paper concludes that the model can correctly simulate the influence on the transient stability of the ship power system caused by the two large disturbances above-mentioned.
