Electroosmosis-improved pile in soft soil foundation treatment is reinforcement soft soil foundation by electroosmosis and pile.It is a new method to reinforce the soft soil foundation by increasing the bearing capacity of the pile and the consolidation of the soil between piles.At present,it is still in the initial stage of the treatment of soft soil foundation with electro osmotic consolidation piles,and a lot of work needs to be done to study the feasibility,treatment effect and mechanism of the technology.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)Study on the specific implementation of electroosmosis-improved pile in soft soil foundation treatment.Introduces eletroosmosis combined with different types of reinforcement of the soft ground at the cathode and anode materials and layout.Analyzed the reinforcing mechanism and the effect of electroosmosis technology pile strengthening soft soil foundation.(2)The relationship between the electrical conductivity,resistivity,water content and sand content of typical clay in Hangzhou area was studied by means of experiments.The test results show that:?in the same sand rate,water content was higher than 20%,with the change of water content,the change of resistivity of clay is very small,but the electric permeability coefficient will be significantly increased;?in the same sand rate,moisture content is less than 20%,with the decrease of moisture content,the resistivity of clay will be increased significantly;?under the same moisture conditions,sand ratio greater resistivity though rising,but the electric permeability coefficient will increase.(3)An indoor model test device for the reinforcement of soft soil foundation with electroosmosis-improved pile is established.The model test of electro osmosis combined with steel pipe pile to reinforce soft soil is carried out.Study on the change of soil moisture content,the change of void ratio,the change of bearing capacity of steel pipe pile and observed during the current changes in the situation,the potential change condition,the displacement changes.The experimental results show that:? After electroosmosis soft soil moisture content decreased to about 20%,the bearing capacity of pile end and side friction is obviously improved,verified the electroosmosis combined pile in soft soil foundation treatment effec;?The average water content of soft soil was reduced to about 20%,the soil near the anode,the void ratio is greatly reduced,close to the low compressibility soil,steel pipe pile bearing capacity has been greatly improved,to verify the feasibility of the water content decreased to about 20%as electroosmosis stop time;?According to the domestic industrial electricity charging system,Long time to stagger the peak electric power,use electricity in the valley electricity,can reduce the cost of electroosmosis.After a long time off and then re energized,anode interface voltage significantly reduced,voltage distribution close to the initial state of the soil electroosmosis,greatly improve the current,the average hourly drainage volume also increased significantly to prove the effectiveness of the long power outage.?Using different on-off time ratio,with the lower moisture content,on-off ratio decreases,the current recovery and displacement recovery degree are proved in the electro osmotic process with the lower moisture content,on-off time ratio decreases continuously is feasible.
