With the development of production and social progress,and plays a role in the induction motor to our daily production and life is more important,as the world’s use of power supply equipment and power machinery most widely,it is almost occupied in all fields.If the failure of the motor,light will cause inconvenience to our daily life,and will likely major industrial accidents and casualties,so the motor working state monitoring and fault analysis on it is very necessary and important.Under this background,this paper studies the fault monitoring and diagnosis system of asynchronous motor based on STM32.Firstly,starting from the principle of electromagnetic motor,analyzes the mechanism of rotor broken bar,eccentricity and interturn short circuit,and then according to the motor current signal analysis method(MCSA)is analyzed from the spectrum of the motor fault data,the fault feature component characterization of motor stator winding intertum short circuit,rotor broken bars and eccentric motor.When the motor is at fault,because of the influence of harmonics and noise current signals collected in,it is difficult to accurately extract the fault feature component characterization using empirical mode decomposition,in order to solve this problem this paper(Empirical Mode,Decomposition,EMD)method of noise reduction and filtering to obtain accurate fault feature component.The simulation analysis and spectrum analysis of rotor broken bars and eccentricity fault data are carried out by MATLAB,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Finally the design of motor fault diagnosis device of hardware and software,choose the STM32F407 as the CPU device,the hardware part of the power supply circuit,voltage and current sensor,signal conditioning circuit,A/D conversion circuit,reset circuit,LCD display circuit,SD card storage module,selection and design of communication circuit.The software part uses the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system to design FFT algorithm,system initialization,interrupt service,AD sampling,SD card initialization and communication.The whole model of the on line monitoring and diagnosis system for asynchronous motor is set up.
