As a new type of environment-friendly traffic system,the straddle monorail has gradually become the main carrier in the urban public transport system.However,due to the uniqueness of the bogie structure in the straddle monorail system,the operating mechanism,the guiding mechanism and the wheel-rail contact are different from the traditional steel wheel train,and because the monorail is generally driven at the ground 7-19 m on the elevated beam,the vehicle running process by the impact of crosswind load.Therefore,the study of the smooth running of the traditional urban rail transit system does not apply to monorail trains.Based on this,this paper studies the running stability of the straddle monorail vehicle with or without crosswind load,which provides a basis for practical engineering application and theoretical research.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the development status and working characteristics of the straddle type monorail system and the research status of the stability of the straddle monorail vehicle at home and abroad.The theory of tire mechanical properties in the straddle type monorail system is systematically described.The traveling wheel,stabilizing wheel and guide wheel in the vehicle system are simplified and the corresponding tire dynamic model is established;(2)Based on the structural and technical characteristics of the straddle monorail vehicle bogie,each vehicle is simplified as a multi-body dynamics system with 15 degrees of freedom.Considering the side characteristics of each pneumatic tire,Based on the structural and technical characteristics of the straddle monorail vehicle bogie,each vehicle is simplified as a multi-body dynamics system with 15 degrees of freedom.Considering the lateral characteristics of each pneumatic tire,The effect of the six-step road surface excitation on the operation of the straddle-type monorail vehicle is studied.The mathematical differential equation in the process of monorail vehicle operation is deduced by the Lagrangian principle,and the phase difference is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK corresponding monorail vehicle dynamics model;(3)The effects of different speed conditions and different speed and different radius of curvature on the stability of the straddle monorail vehicle are analyzed under the condition of no crosswind load.The results show that the stability of the monorail is improved with the increase of the speed of the monorail,and the stability of the monorail is improved with the increase of the radius of curvature of the curvature;(4)The results show that the wind load condition is not conducive to the stability of the single-track vehicle under the action of different wind direction and the wind speed condition of the straight section and the curve section under the action of crosswind load.Straddle monorail vehicle running smoothly,but when the straddle monorail vehicle in the track conditions,the lateral wind blowing from the inside to the outside,is conducive to the monorail vehicle running smoothly.
