| With the constant improvement of the level of highway bridge construction in our country,the orthotropic steel bridge with its advantages of light weight and large span has been widely applied.However,orthotropic steel bridge panel flexibility is big,affected by load and the natural environment like temperature and wind load,its stress and strain is very complex,the total reason makes the stress and strain of bridge pavement is more complicated than general road surface.How to ensure the structural stability and durability of steel bridge deck surfacing,do not rut and hoid up,is an important subject in the construction of the bridge in our country.Due to the difference of asphalt concrete and steel bridge panel on elastic modulus and temperature sensitivity is quite big,at the same time,asphalt concrete’s strength,like the tensile and the shearing is bad,these makes the asphalt concrete pavement is easy to early diseases of fatigue cracking,rutting,delamination and so on,in the surrounding environment and loading.So we want to according to the traditional method to solve the problem of the orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement is very difficult.At first,this paper analyses the characteristics of the use of the steel bridge deck pavement.Comparing with the existing pavement forms at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various pavement forms,at the same time,sum up and analysis the common destruction of the orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement.According to the Luozhou bridge structure parameters,using ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of Orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement and local beam segment with stiffening rib and make grid division.In the horizontal and vertical positions of Composite pavement structure,the mechanical finite element analysis was carried out with ANSYS we get the maximum tensile stress、the maximum shear stress and maximum shear strain and other parameters of different load position,analyzing data to get the horizontal and vertical position of the most unfavorable load.Then With elastic modulus of the pavement structure as variables.By the ANSYS,we get different tensile stress and shear in different elastic modulus and analyze the relationship with the elastic modulus.Then the paper introduce Interlayer treatment measures,the interface shear test and the analysis on the mechanical properties of the pavement.Second,through the experimental,we test the quality of raw material of SMA-13 asphalt mixture,and select the suitable production materials.By gradation design and marshall test,we get the appropriate material proportion of SMA-13 for the Luozhou bridge.Then,immersion marshall test and freeze-thaw split test is carried out to evaluate water stability of SMA-13,rutting test is carried out to evaluate the high temperature stable performance.Finally,based on Fuzhou Luozhou bridge deck pavement project,the paper present related control method about practical construction of Steel bridge pavement,and Some control measures to ensure Production quality of SMA-13 asphalt mixture. |
