With the increase of the service life of asphalt pavement in our country,the durability of asphalt pavement will continue to decline,renovation will be the focus of future pavement maintenance.Renovation and maintenance process will result in a large number of waste asphalt mixture waste,which not only causes serious pollution to the environment,but also wastes a lot of non renewable resources.The emergence of recycling technology of waste asphalt mixture has been widely concerned by scholars.Add new asphalt,to waste asphalt mixture recycling waste asphalt mixture regenerating agent and new aggregate,recycling can achieve not only waste resources,but also can reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste.In this paper,the asphalt recycling agent was prepared and the performance of recycled asphalt mixture were studied based on the Zhengzhou Southwest Expressway project.First of all,according to the research status of recycled asphalt mixture at home and abroad,the mechanism of asphalt aging and regeneration was analyzed.Two methyl esters of phthalic acid and phthalic acid were used as a plasticizer,and mixed with base oil.A kind of polymer material containing polar epoxy group was added in the above system to prepare the novel vegetable oil regenerating agent.It can make the regeneration agent penetrate into the aging asphalt more effectively,and give full play to the regeneration of regeneration agent.Based on the experiments,these were evaluated that the physical properties,chemical components,aging properties and permeability of the regeneration agent.In order to evaluate the effect of recycling agent on the performance of asphalt,the four components and the three indexes of recycled asphalt were tested to evaluate the effect of different amount of recycled agent on the adhesion and rheological properties of recycled asphalt.The test results show that the new recycling agent can achieve the recycling of waste asphalt,and can achieve the performance of asphalt pavement.Then,For the realization of waste asphalt mixture has more excellent regeneration performance,in this paper,the regeneration of waste asphalt mixture is achieved by adding the new agent and new asphalt,to achieve uniform distribution of aggregate particles and tightly interlocked,thereby enhancing the regeneration of asphalt mixture pavement performance.The gradation of waste asphalt mixture was analyzed,and AC-16 was used as the gradation of recycled asphalt mixture.By measuring theMarshall test volume parameters and mechanical parameters,calculate the optimum asphalt content is 4.7%,and finally get mixed new asphalt and aggregate into the proportion calculated according to different dosage of regeneration agent.Choose the appropriate mixing process of asphalt mixture,and preparation of different test specimens with different dosage of regeneration agent.Selected the appropriate mix of recycled asphalt mixture to prepare test specimens and evaluate its performance by laboratory test.The high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of recycled asphalt mixture were evaluated by rutting test,low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test.The test results show that when the amount of waste asphalt mixture is 30%,the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture tends to decrease with the increase of the amount of recycled agent,and the low temperature crack resistance and water stability are gradually improved;and the dosage of regeneration agent is lower than 6%,recycled asphalt mixture is a new asphalt mixture has better high-temperature stability;when the dosage of regeneration agent is 6%,with the increase of waste asphalt mixture,the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture has improved,but the low temperature crack resistance and water stability were significantly decreased;When the amount of waste asphalt mixture is30%,the test results of the three kinds of properties meet the requirements of the specification,and are close to the performance of the new asphalt mixture.Finally,through the actual project,the indexes of recycled asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of road performance.According to the analysis of the economic and social benefits of recycled asphalt mixture,it can be concluded that the recycled asphalt mixture can save the economic cost and reduce the occupation and pollution of the waste.
