| The rotation construction of double rid closed thin-walled section arch bridge is a new construction technology,the technical difficulty and the construction risk of rotation are largely affected by bridge span length and the weight of the rotating part,in addition to well-designed and reasonable construction,perfect monitoring and controlling system is an important guarantee for the implementation of rotation.At the same time the analysis of this technology will bring us the developments and improvements of the rotation construction.This Paper is based on the construction of Xiao xi he bridge,Ba dong County in Hubei province.According to the construction characteristics of double rid closed thin-walled section arch bridge,analyzes the problem of the rotation construction control technology of double rid closed thin-walled section arch bridge,solve the technical problems in the construction of lightening of double rid closed thin-walled section arch bridge.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By using MIDAS and ANSYS to analyze the static analysis and the stability of the bridge.At the support dismantling stage,the rotation system back wall and cable tension meet the construction requirements,after support dismantling,the cross-section of half double rid closed thin-walled is compressed,which can be used as a theoretical guidance for site construction.(2)Under the guidance of the theoretical calculation,the value of cable tension,the stress,linear of the key section of back wall and the arch ring were monitored.Measured data analysis indicated that: The rotation is smooth,measured linear only have a small deviation from theoretical linear and the distribution of key sections stress is reasonable,demonstrated the construction stability of double rid closed thin-walled section arch bridge,which provides a beneficial reference for the long-span development of the same type of bridge. |
