| In recent years,with the highway construction in mountainous areas,and increasing the proportion of concrete bridge structure for highway in the greater,due to lack of waterproof layer and bridge deck interlayer mechanical properties caused deck asphalt concrete pavement hold on bag and other diseases have occurred,which greatly affect the safety of the vehicle and bridge life.Waterproof adhesive layer is an important structure of bridge deck pavement.It plays an important role in connecting concrete bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement.The existing research shows that the tensile strength is the effective index to evaluate the bond strength between the layers of waterproof bonding,shear strength is the effective index to evaluate the interlaminar shear level,given the project site pullout test and shear test can not achieve large-scale,relevant technical specifications and engineering experience in the rough measurement indexes such as degree of bridge structure depth,friction coefficient to evaluate the performance and explicit rate of interlayer bonding,but the lack of correlation between the two.Based on this,this paper introduced the gray value index of correlation between the degree of bridge deck roughness measurement index structure depth,the friction coefficient and the gray value and the tensile strength and shear strength of the waterproof layer is made of SBS modified asphalt,this paper elaborates on the following work and research.(1)Analysis of the main influencing factors of concrete bridge deck waterproof adhesive between the layers of mechanical properties,namely structure depth,friction coefficient and explicit rate,because the rate of explicit description errors,introducing gray value,joint structure depth and friction coefficient to characterize the concrete bridge deck roughness.(2)The concrete slab three strength simulation of bridge deck,were shot and the picking process,determination of concrete slab structure depth,friction coefficient and gray value,with SBS modified asphalt waterproof adhesive layer,paving asphalt concrete surface layer,through the pullout test and shear test,obtained under different temperatures tensile strength and shear strength.(3)Using the grey modeling software to construct the relationships between the depth,the friction coefficient and the gray value of comprehensive correlation analysis,we found that the combination of the ideal is the friction coefficient,texture depth,the gray value of 3D or 2D combined with the gray value to describe concrete plate roughness.(4)Through the Spass22.0 software for different test temperature structure depth,friction coefficient,the gray value of 3D or 2D gray value and interlaminar tensile strength,interlaminar shear strength of the linear regression analysis,obtain the curve regression equation between the index and the roughness of the tensile strength and shear strength and temperature variation,correlation the research results show that the roughness index can be used to quantitatively calculate interlaminar tensile strength and shear strength. |
