The development of high precision instrument has high request for the test and evaluation environment.Cascading damping technology especially the ultra-low frequency vibration isolation technology is one of the important means to realize the high precision testing environment.With the target of researching ultra-low frequency cascade vibration reduction technology and high efficient damper,a set of test platform system used to calibrate high precision instrument is developed.The major research contents are as follows:1.According to the need of ultra-low frequency vibration isolation,the shortage of common air spring is analyzed.Then the scheme of adopting cylinder type gas spring with additional air chamber is put forward.Simulation is done to research the impact of the diameter and length of the connecting line to the stiffness of the latter spring.The structure of the spring is designed and improved.2.Aiming at the need of horizontal ultra-low frequency vibration isolation,reasonable design and application is conducted on the Roberts Linkage.The mechanism of vibration isolation of the Roberts Linkage is researched.The impact of three factors such as the height of the suspension point,the quality and location of the tuned mass to the horizontal vibration isolation system is studied through simulation.Theoretical calculation of all the parameters is done and its rationality is testified by simulation and experiment.3.Design of the TMD system.Starting from the theoretical model of TMD system,Optimal parameter design of TMD is completed according to the actual condition and simulation is done,which verifies the perfect anti-vibration performance of TMD and accuracy of the optimal parameter theory.On this basis,Combined with the optimal parameter theory of TMD system,electromagnetic damper instead of traditional damper is used to complete the parameter and structure design of the TMD system.Experiment is conducted to test the TMD system.Finally,actual test platform is established.The displacement and velocity information of the platform is gathered through transducers and analysis is done to evaluate the performance of each vibration isolation system.The whole expected goals are accomplished.
