By the end of 2016,the number of China's civil aviation airport reached 218,while the air route reached 3483.As the busiest area in the western airspace,there are currently 20 military and civil airport,17 air routes in Chengdu airspace.Meanwhile,the passengers throughput of the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport reached 46 million,on which 319 thousand aircraft landed.In the future of 2020,Chengdu's new airport will be built and run,achieving the goal of 40 million passenger throughput in the year of 2025.At that time,Chengdu area will become more and more crowded,by two major airports operating as the core,therefore the existing airspace and air route structure may be hard to meet the operating requirement.Under the background,the air route network planning technique is studied in this paper,and the method of air route intersection layout is used to assess the air route network structure of Chengdu area,finally it puts forward the optimization opinion and scheme.Firstly,the quantitative route network evaluation index system is introduced,including 7 indicators to measure comprehensive service level of the air route;secondly,the route network in Chengdu area is analyzed to find the existing problems;then,the mathematical optimization model is established,based on intersection points as the optimization object,and the operation cost and the intersection of route conflict as the target.In the solution,this paper finds that some route intersections are too complex,such as B213,W504,W26 join at on Nanchong waypoint together,so it uses the method of route crossing branching ahead of optimization.Then,the longitude and latitude coordinates of each intersection of the waypoints are converted to two-dimensional coordinates,which are integrated into the model.Differential evolution algorithm is adopted and the matlab programming is used to solve the model.Finally according to the experimental results,15 route intersections are adjusted and compared to prove the validity of this method,and put forward the suggestions about the Chengdu's new airport route network optimization.
