According to the investigation to the present situation of the current domestic square pile manufacturing enterprises and my company,it is found that steam curing craft as well as high-temperature autoclave curing is widely accepted and adopted.This craft need to increase the autoclave equipment,whose maintenance cost is huge,let alone the expenses of manual operation.Worse still,the secondary autoclaved craft takes longer,burns more coal resources,which is adverse to the environmental protection as well.This paper,starting from the mixture ratio of concrete and without changing the existing production technology and equipment,will focus on the research that a pipe can achieve twice the strength of the autoclaved process.The main research content is as follows:First of all,find out suitable varieties of mineral powder and gypsum,and study its change rule,according to the theory that the mineral powder and gypsum are beneficial to the early strength development of concrete.Specifically,if the level of mineral powder is S95,its influence on concrete fluidity is not big,but as the time goes on,fluidity loss is obvious;In addition to the effect of mineral powder,using anhydrite,can enhance the early strength of concrete,whose internal CaS04 content is more than ordinary gypsum.The best ratio of gypsum and mineral powder is about 1:5.Secondly,optimize and adjust the present concrete mixture ratio according to the theoretical ratio from the study above,verify the ratio of concrete in the laboratory,and obtain a variety of concrete formula,in which the 3d intensity all reached more than 80 MPa.In the subsequent production validation,the optimization and adjustment will be necessary.But due to the great change of the raw material supply in pilot production and some processes are not carried out in accordance with the requirements,the test result failed to meet the autoclave process requirements.As a result,the further studies on the practical application of non-autoclave process are still needed.Finally,put the piles without autoclave into the engineering application,it is showed that the products are fully qualified.After the economy analysis to avoid autoclaved technology,30 yuan will be saved by per cubic concrete square pile.
