When Large caliber sniper rifle fired bullets,it will generate recoil,having deferent degrees of impact on the shooting accuracy and the shooter.In this paper,according to the buffer requirements of the 12.7mm large caliber sniper rifle,comprehensive analysis and comparison of the development of domestic and foreign sniper rifles and various buffering principle,to adopt the graded hydraulic buffer reduce to recoil.Through modeling and calculating the sniper rifle ballistic and the aftereffect period,to obtain the parameters of the internal trajectory and the aftereffect period.According to the technical design requirements of the buffer,put forward the overall design of the buffer,and utilize the UG software to build the three-dimensional model of the whole gun and the buffer.do detailed design and parameter verification on the main components,In a comprehensive analysis of the whole gun and the buffer movement and the basis of force,adopt the theory of dynamics and so on,and use ADAMS software for dynamic simulation analysis,modify the buffer design parameters by the analysis results.Simulation results by modifying design parameters,analyzed the feasibility of adopting Piston valve hydraulic buffer on large caliber sniper rifle.The graded hydraulic buffer can reduce the recoil generated large caliber sniper rifle launch,to reduce the impact of the shooter.
