Based on the field environment ammunition stacks storage,security protection in the process of the status quo,the portable explosion-proof walls in the blast shock wave in the field environment,fragment and shaped jet under the action of three kinds of damage elements anti-blast performance is studied,in order to fight for our troops in combat readiness training and the ammunition stacks safety protection to provide certain reference.The main research content is as follows:(1)This paper expounds the research field portable explosion-proof walls anti-blast performance under the environment of the background and significance,analyzes the field environment and blast walls anti-blast research related to the formation of three kinds of damage elements and the action principle,and the condition of ammunition exploded and the criterion of explosive detonation has carried on the narration.(2)Through similar explosion rate,the size of the model is established,under the action of the blast shock wave in the portable explosion-proof walls of attenuation is simulated,different distance,different charge blasting is studied,the different size of walls thickness after diffraction overpressure distribution,the influence of walls is obtained under different conditions after diffraction distribution law of overpressure,and on the basis of the above simulation results,on the walls after ammunition under explosion loading dynamics simulation,the projectile under the explosion loading pressure curve.(3)In the research of the portable explosion-proof walls penetration resistance fragment,first of all to the static explosion killed 130 mm grenade explosion simulation study,the numerical simulation to get the broken set distribution,velocity distribution and the quality of the scattering Angle,based on the results of the simulation,and then in the staticexplosion-proof walls to fill the different medium,different size thickness on the numerical simulations of the penetration resistance fragment,the fragment of different filling medium and penetration depth of explosion-proof walls thickness of different sizes.Finally,using the method of numerical simulation analysis of the broken piece of residual velocity influence on the ammunition stacks security.(4)In order to study the effect of portable explosion-proof walls against jetting projectile charge penetration,the effect of portable explosion-proof walls against jetting projectile charge penetration is numerically simulated,and the effect of different type of medium and different thickness of portable explosion-proof walls on reducing jetting projectile charge velocity is obtained,and the residual velocity of the jetting projectile charge through the explosion-proof walls after the after-effect analysis.
