Automobile chassis integration control is one of today's automotive engineering technology research hot spot,with control theory,computer technology,sensor technology and the continuous development of information fusion technology,automobile chassis integrated control technology has gained great improve.The automobile suspension system and steering system is the important part of the chassis system,they are to the operation of the vehicle driving stability and safety plays an important role.But if in the form of simple superposition of the semi-active suspension(SAS)and electric power steering system(EPS),an independent control,due to the coupling problem between the vehicle performance is poor,so must adopt integrated control mode.This paper is study the above problem,this paper studies the auto electric power steering system,first of all,a dynamic model of the auto electric power steering system and USES the h-infinity robust control theory to design robust controller,the controller through MATLAB software performance analysis;Research on automotive semi-active suspension system,we established the dynamic model of automotive semi-active suspension system and USES the fuzzy control theory to design the fuzzy controller,the controller through MATLAB software performance analysis;After car assembly control is studied,and the vehicle model is established first,then designs the automobile integrated controller,the control of the two subsystems according to certain rules combined,has reached the electric power steering system and coordinated control semi-active suspension system,and carries on the MATLAB simulation.Through the experimental results show that the presented control strategy of automobile chassis to the realization of the ideal of EPS and SAS,the coordination between both won the good vehicle driving stability and safety operation,significantly improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle driving process,to the future of automobile chassis control theory research and engineering practice to provide a meaningful reference.
