With the development of industrialization, the production and transportation of dangerous goods are increasing day by day. According to statistics, more than 95% of China's dangerous goods related to off-site transport problems. Because dangerous goods generally have special physical and chemical properties, in the event of an accident, the consequences will be very serious, easily lead to personal injury, property damage or environmental pollution and other issues. Its transport is different from the transport of ordinary goods, more related to the country and people's life and property.Based on this reason, this paper analyzes the risks existing in the transportation of dangerous goods,and then optimizes the transportation path and finally achieves the purpose of risk aversion or risk reduction. At the same time,according to the conclusions drawn from the risk analysis of dangerous goods to develop appropriate transport risk control measures, but also to effectively guard against risks.This paper begins with a brief overview of the concept of dangerous goods, after the analysis of the past 10 years, China's 100 dangerous goods transport accidents, and from the time, sections, weather conditions, dangerous goods, transport vehicle type, type of accident, the cause of the accident The statistical analysis of dangerous goods transport accidents. The rough set theory is used to sort the attribute importance of influencing factors, and the main factors and secondary factors of transport accidents are found out.The risk assessment standard and process of dangerous goods transportation are constructed, and the evaluation is made from both dynamic real - time accident rate and accident consequence. Based on the standard vehicle routing problem, a VRP model considering both the transportation cost and the transportation risk is established. Based on the comparison of the four modern heuristic algorithms, the genetic algorithm is used to analyze the dangerous vehicle transportation path. The optimal solution of Pareto optimal solution of a set of models is solved by solving the advantages of VRP.Finally, this paper puts forward the control flow and control technology of dangerous goods transportation risk, and starts from the five aspects of people, vehicles, objects,environment and management in the whole transportation process,and gives the corresponding control measures of dangerous goods transportation management.
