Abstract/Summary:
As is known to all,the plane flies into sky on the power of engine.As the "heart" of the aircraft,the aircraft engine has passed one hundred years of glorious history.In a narrow sense,as an important component of the aircraft,the aircraft engine is to provide power to the aircraft,but in a broad sense,it is the driving force to promote the development of the aviation technology.Known as "industrial flower" and "crown jewel",aeroengine is an important symbol of national science,technology,industry,economy and national defense,so further study on aircraft engine has far-reaching significance.Based on the importance of aircraft engine,first of all,this article does the FMEA on the main part of the aircraft engine,to better understand the failure mode.Second,in the FMEA,combination with the practical engineering,make a classification to the severity of failure mode,to distinguish its important degree and provide theoretical basis for the later software design.Finally,make the results of FMEA to forms for storage.Based on FMEA,in combination with the characteristics of bayesian network,this paper designs a software in matlab.The software needs to enter the reliability of the components manually and read the reliability of parts in the form of files so to set up the system reliability assessment model.The model can monitor the uncertainty variables,calculate the work probability of system and conditional failure probability,such as one or more components’conditional failure probability as the system fails,inference and diagonosis the system,find out the weak elements of the system.In addition,the system is designed to get the probability in three states,which include normal state,functional state of aging and failure state.Through qualitative analysis of FMEA and quantitative analysis of the software,the aircraft engine system is better understanded.On the data,some failure modes can make the system can’t work properly,and even lead to system outage,so to prevent this kind of failure mode is necessary.Taking technology measures to improve them can reduce the frequency of occurrence,greatly extend system’s normal time,shorten the failure time,maximize the availability of the system,so as to reduce loss by the system failure.
