| As an advanced transportation organization, drop and pull transportation is an effective mode to improve the efficiency of cargo transportation and is also an effective means to build a resource-saving society. The layout of the transport station is an important part of the drop and pull transportation, whether the layout of the station yard can reasonably use the resources, whether it is convenient for the scientific management facilities operation, whether it can play economic and social benefits, are closely related with the station layout Therefore, the scientific layout of the transport stations can greatly improve the logistics efficiency, strengthen the organization level and intensity, and enhance the logistics network operational capacity, thus promoting the development of regional economy and playing a decisive and crucial role in the final effect.First of all, this thesis analyzes the regional social economy and the transportation development of Xinjiang. Then,it analyzes the target market of drop and pull transport and clarifies the function of the project. On this basis, scenario analysis method is used to forecast the amount of work done in the field. Then the overall layout plan of the transport station is studied.According to the different functions of each area, the functions of the stations are divided. At the same time, every functional area is calculated by combining the predicted results. Finally, the comprehensive correlation of each functional area is calculated by using SLP method. And then the plane layout design model is constructed on this basis, using the genetic algorithm to solve, then the new transport station layout of XinDaDi company are worked out. This thesis considers the uncertainty of demand and puts forward a scenario analysis method for the quantity of drop and pull transportation.By means of combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the method of plane layout of transporting station is proposed. These methods have a good theoretical and practical significance for the design of the transport station layout. |
