In recent years,with the environment problem and energy problem becoming worse and worse,the characteristics of distributed energy got more attention because of its energy conservation and environmental protection advantages gradually.Microgrid can make distributed power supply and local load form a whole flexibly and systematically.Its emergence provided a good way to paralled the distibuted supply in the power grid.It can be used reasonably with less lash to the power grid.The microgrid optimal scheduling is of great significance.It can make the energy resources to be optimized distribution and operate economically and environmentally friendly.In addition,with the developing of the society,as an environmentally friendly means of transport will be popular,and a large number of electric vehicles,will be connected to the micro network to charge,which will have a huge impact on the micro network operation.Firstly,the microgrid optimal scheduling with the electric vehicles was studied.In grid mode,aiming at the influence of the uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation and load in MicroGrid,on the premise of each constraint of the system,we set up a mathematical model of MicroGrid dynamic economic dispatch based on chance constrained programming was presented.Aiming at microgrid minimum total operation cost,the controlled unit fuel costs,the emission control cost of carbon dioxide.The unit maintenance costs,active power buying cost and spinning reserve buying cost from low-voltage network,etc.We considered the operating reliability of the microgrid was depicted by using probability constraints mode considering the output constraint and climbing constraint of the distributed generation.An imperialist competitive algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,with an actual network system as an example,the influence to MicroGrid economy and the scheduling results in different reliability probability level was analyzed.Then on the basis of the previous research,the electric vehicle will be considered in the dynamic economic dispatch of microgrid including electric vehicles was studied.According to the using characteristics of the electric vehicles,the electric vehicle ordered charging model and disordered charging model were set up.Aiming at microgrid total operation cost minimum,a microgrid economic dispatch model considering electric vehicle was established.The power balance constraints,the controllable units climbing constraints,the spinning reserve constraints,electric vehicle charge state constraints,etc were considered.In view that imperialist competitive algorithm is easy fall-en to localminimum and converge slowly,by introducing the chaos theory and stochastic simulation technology,an improved imperialist competitive algorithm was proposed to solve the mathematical model.Finally,the validity of the algorithm and the model was verified by a numerical analysis of a microgrid system.Through two numerical simulation,the following conclusions were obtained:In the microgrid economic dispatch without considering the electric vehicle,the operating cost of the system increases with the increasing of the system reliability,and the greater the reliability of the system,the greater the impact on the economy.In consideration of electric vehicle microgrid economic scheduling,orderly discharging strategy of microgrid economic dispatching with respect to the disordered charge strategy of microgrid economic dispatch has better economy;the improved imperialist competitive algorithm has faster convergence speed and better global search ability.
