Application Of Geometric Proportion In Modern Interior Furnishing Design

This paper discusses in detail the golden ratio in geometric drawing method in the field of theory and a variety of square root rectangle segmentation. It describes in detail the specific use of geometric proportion in architecture, painting and other fields. It describes the classical period to the classical orders, the Vitruvian Man Da Vinci Renaissance paintings to modern control line,Mondrian Neoplasticism,Le Corbusier's modular system,their contribution to the research of geometric proportion.Through the analysis of the social environment in different periods, this paper summarizes the characteristics of aesthetic perception of each period of art. Namely the importance of symmetry and axis of the classical period; the balance, stability, order,standardization and unbounded nature of modernism; disorder, instability, diversity,imbalance, and emphasis on experience in contemporary period.The law lies in its strong overall grasp and application of this method combined with the above summary of modern architecture, interior design and geometric proportion skill should comply with the actual operation. The specific method is: separating geometric proportion rectangle method, rectangle method, rectangular and mixed method, rectangular and square root rectangle bilateral bisection method, fixed ratio repeated bisection method,proportional combination. In practice, the rules should be followed: the proportion control error, the proportion of super mutation phenomenon, and design according to local conditions.
