Speed sensorless vector control technology, not only retains the excellent dynamic and static performance of vector control, but also overcomes the defects of speed sensor. It is an effective way to achieve high performance and low cost of AC speed regulating system. Therefore, the research on speed sensorless vector control technology has important theoretical and practical significance, which is one of the hot spots.The working principle of three level space vector modulation theory and vector control of induction motor described in this thesis, the sensorless control system of induction motor is studied and analyzed in detail base on rotor flux oriented vector control and three level space vector modulation theory technology; For the problem of speed estimation of induction motor,a speed adaptive scheme base on foll order state observer is depicted and the full order observer model is established. The motor speed adaptive law is derived in detail base on Lyapunov stability theory,in order to verify the correctness of the modle,the system module is build by MATLAB,and the simulation of full order flux observer of vector control for induction motor is realized.Finally, four quadrant system platform of dual-PWM for sensorless vector control technology has build by TMS320F2812 DSP chip controller; The induction motor speed and sensorless vector control experiments are carried out respectively,the good static and dynamic performance of the experimental results be proved, and the control requirements of high-performance system of AC speed regulating be obtained, the correct and effective of sensorless vector control method of induction motor base on full order state observer are verified.
