| As a household electronic medical equipment,airflow impedance intelligent detection apparatus was mainly used for detecting and preventing the occurrence of human sleep apnea syndrome.This dissertation mainly focused on the system design of breathing detection apparatus and did research into analysis of different airway structures,optimizing scheme of system detection.Based on the portable design,a set of apparatus product was finally completed.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking system scheme as research object,this paper designed the hardware and software system.The hardware part analyzed the analog and digital circuit,completing system PCB chart.The software use KeilμVision as the development platform to realize the function of each part.The system structure was optimized by regulating airflow impedance to improve the accuracy of respiratory airflow signals detection.(2)Treating the airway as research object,this paper studied the different effects of airway structure parameters on pressure field through the numerical simulation and conducted orthogonal optimization experiment to analyze the detection influence of different entrance conditions.(3)Establishing airflow pressure calculation model to study the system impact of detection methods and position from the experiment and numerical simulation.Taking the dimensionless standard deviation as criterion to analysis the optimal detection location and verify the effects of system testing via experimental results on three types of human respiratory state.Based on the portable concept,system mechanical structure was completed and final product was output. |
