Shunt active power filter(Shunt Active Power the traditional low voltage Filter,SAPF)research has become mature,but because of the defects of capacity can not adapt to the large capacity applications.The cascaded APF become high power harmonic control device of industrial applications.The cascaded APF structure is more complex,the control methods are not mature,difficult to implement the problem,this paper mainly studies the ip-iq harmonic detection,simplified decomposition method of cascaded H bridge multilevel APF inverter SVPWM,DC capacitor voltage balance control method,in order to achieve the 6KV mine power grid Real time compensation of harmonicsThis paper briefly analyzes the principle and mathematical derivation of the ip-iq detection method,and simulation model is built.The main circuit using cascaded APF pulse SVPWM modulation control method,with the increase of the number of cascaded H bridges,determine the position of the reference voltage vector becomes complicated problem,proposes a method of reference vector decomposition,which is decomposed into multilevel base vector and two level reference vector.This method can be extended to any level of the reference vector inverter.The synthesis in the two level on the synthesis method was improved,DQ coordinates omitted sector recognition based on simplifying the complex operation time.For DC The problem of unbalance of capacitive voltage is analyzed.The reason of phase unbalance is deduced,and the strategy of phase equalizing and interphase voltage stabilization is put forwardAt the same time,based on the cascaded H bridge control strategy of APF,the proposed control method is simulated in MATLAB and DSP2812 programming,and design the circuit of each part of the system in the laboratory,build the experimental prototype of 2 level cascaded H bridges APF,to verify the proposed control method is accuracy and validity.The content of this paper has certain practical value and important research significance for the transverse project of the laboratory,6KV coal mine project and the harmonic control of APF in high power situation.
