With the accelerated urbanization,population growth and serious traffic congestion,the most effective way to solve mega-cities' traffic problems is to set up high-density urban rail transit system.In this paper,researching the latest development of the domestic and international rail transit station equipment monitoring and management technology,we design and fulfill a simulation platform of rail transit station equipments' health maintenance system combined with advanced technologies such as data mining and expert system,which is based on distributed monitoring and intelligent modern equipment maintenance technology.This paper mainly does some research as follows:1.An OPC-based monitoring system of railway stations' key equipments.This paper discusses that how to apply this communication standard to the urban railway stations' safe operation and how to apply OPC technology to rail traffic monitoring system to achieve data's real-time,reliable,secure transmission from OPC technical specifications.OPC standardized communications technology provides safe,reliable,convenient data for the equipments' health maintenance support system.2.Research the station equipments' intelligent monitoring and health maintenance technology.The main research are association rules data mining techniques,artificial intelligence techniques such as fault diagnosis technology based on fault tree and intelligent maintenance techniques.Data mining technology is mainly failure data mining based on association rule data whose purpose is to identify the potential relationships between monitoring parameters and kinds of equipment failure;The core of fault diagnosis system is expert system using data mining technology to get failure modes' information to diagnosis key equipment failure and to get a early warning;Finally,we study methods of the equipments' health assessment and evaluate the health degree of the equipment to optimize maintenance policy.3.Develop networked railway station equipments' health maintenance support system software.Railway station equipment monitoring system adopts C#.NET software primarily responsible for monitoring and control of the station equipment;station equipment management system as external higher-level software taking full advantages of the existing monitoring system equipment monitoring data is mainly responsible for managing all kinds of station equipment information.It extracts and the establishes the malfunction's early warning models and fault diagnosis model using data mining and artificial intelligence techniques such as expert systems to track and detect running equipments' health status timely and to provide the basis for making a strategy for equipments' repair and maintenance.
