Aircraft is a typical bionic equipment. Aircraft air data sensing system, which is as a bird's perception system, is an important system to perceive outside information. With the continuous development of atmospheric sensing system, the traditional air data sensing system has been unable to meet the flight needs of the aircraft,however, flush air data sensing system (FADS)has been widely used in the aircraft with its excellent overall performance, but the FADS system of small UAV is not mature.This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional air data sensing system and FADS system and their basic structure, in order to meet the need of high angle of attack for the small UAV FADS system, design a porous airspeed tube based on original FADS system, meanwhile, design a data acquisition program for the functional of the porous airspeed, use the DSP + CPLD atmospheric data processing platform to complete the design,design DSP + CPLD hardware circuit and CPLD internal logic, and use the three-point data to solve the FADS system data, finally, test and verify the angle of attack of FADS system and system by experiment. Experiments show that the FADS system designed in this paper can meet the requirement of small unmanned aerial vehicle for high angle of attack measurement range.
