Urban rail transit is the backbone of urban public traffic network. As the city public transportation is one of the most important means of transportation, city rail transit system (URT) meets the high density passenger commuter demand due to its punctuality, high efficiency and low emissions, which attracts more and more commuters favor. However, also because of its large capacity, relatively closed system of URT the system failure or slight damage may lead to serious consequences. Due to the limited and airtight space inside the station and the carriage, the larger passenger density is easily to cause a large number of passengers stranded, which may cause greater delays and induced stampede. At this point, it not only impacts the order of public transport, resulting in commuting delays, but also causes adverse consequences for commuters.Therefore, the occurrence of unexpected events in urban rail transit system must be timely response to emergency service and personnel evacuation. Normally,according to the needs of the physical truth ,design the emergency line as the main line,the use of light moving convenient deployment of buses as the main transportation tool and the bus resources will be available to the emergency line, all of the above will evacuate the stranded passengers in the subway station or in the car effectively, meet the needs of commuters commuting, as far as possible to make the traffic order in the public transport system maintain stability.This paper is focused on the bus bridging services and related issues. The main contents are as follows:1 .Classification the rail traffic accidents types and analysis the influence of accidents according to the location of accidents. The paper determine the situation that the line is interrupted after the unexpected event as study object. This paper summarizes the relevant literatures and methods of emergency response of urban rail transit at home and abroad, and concludes the train adjustment scheme in the event of emergency.2.Regard bus which is flexible and convenient as the way of linkage when the occurrence of unexpected events in urban rail transit system. First of all, this paper analysis the emergency response procedures of the Urban Rail Transit, then analysis the emergency bus implementation process, in the end the emergency service bridge is3.Summarized into three steps: first, the connection environment is defined;secondly, the emergency connection route is designed, and finally the available resources are allocated to the bridging lines.4.The method of path generation and vehicle resource allocation is established to make the emergency bus bridging service plan. Considering the situation that the commuter who does not select the connection service, but chooses other means of transportation to reach his destination. Considering the behavior choice of commuters, a path generation model is established to minimize the total time delay in the network.Comprehensive consideration of bus full load, capacity, passenger travel time, develop an emergency bus bridging service plan.4.Case study. Assume that the accident occurred in the South Second Ring Road in Beijing to the South Fourth Ring Road of a region. A numerical example is given to validate the validity of the model and the proposed algorithm and analysis the results.
