| Probability Sieve is a kind of vibrating screen for sieving the principle of material through probability.Widely used in agriculture,coal,chemical,mechanical and civil engineering and other fields to screen food,medicine and materials.With high efficiency,simple structure,etc.,are widely used.So the quality of probability sieve will determine the quality of its work performance and screening capacity.In the daily screening process of probability sieve,It will be hit by force of the object,at the same time,subjected to the alternating load force of the exciting motor,which will lead to fatigue cracking problem during use process of probability sieve.Probability sieve used a large number of weld connections in the manufacturing process,and the characteristics of the welding process determines the fatigue strength of welded joints are generally lower than the welding base metal,in the actual use of the process we found that the main problem of probability screen is welding.so,It is necessary to start the study from the fatigue life of the weld to evaluate the fatigue life of the probabilistic sieve.The project is based on the key research and development plan of Hunan Province Science and Technology Program Project,which is the key technology research and equipment development of large-scale dry-style floor gravel green production(project number: 2015GK3047),take the large probability screen4GLS2530 as the research object,Firstly,established the finite element model of probability sieve,followed by the analysis of the modal and stress of the probabilistic sieve,which provides the basis for the analysis of the subsequent fatigue results.Then,in the Fe-safe,used the equivalent structural stress method based on Verity to evaluate the fatigue life of the welds of the 4GLS2530 probabilistic sieve,and obtained the corresponding Fatigue life,and carried out on the no-load test on the experimental bench,compared the theoretical analysis and experimental results,the two can be a good fit,indicated the application of the above method to assess the probability of the weld seam fatigue life is feasible.Finally,proposed a method to improve the fatigue strength of probabilistic sieve,and analyzed its feasibility theoretically.Point out the direction for the later improvements of the probability sieve,and have a good reference significance. |
