| At present,domestic train axle manufacturing enterprises have the relative stability of the product design and processing method,but in aggregate the axis design and process design are carried out separately,this method is not only inefficient but also poor in accuracy.Consequently,the enterprise urgently needs to develop system which can combine the axis design and process design to realize efficiency and accuracy of those two design type.First,in accordance with the design requirements of enterprises,the paper analyzes the CAD/CAPP parametric design system of train axle.The method and technical process of axles design is established,twelve types of enterprise required axial characteristic are summarized and advances its overall framework.Based on Unified Modeling Language(UML),the static and dynamic modeling are made for parametric design system and the key technology in the process of system development are studied in detail,mainly including UML modeling,axial feature and process planning,parametric modeling of axial feature,axis type key coordinate point,research on the calculation method of man hour quota based on enterpriseparameter and database conceptual design.At the same time,the E-R model of product data object is established based on the development requirement of CAD/CAPP parametric design system of the train axle.Finally,by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming software and Access database technology,the system is developed successfully and its application example is provided.The parametric design system has been successfully applied in enterprise.The application shows that the parametric design system is convenient for operation,so designers could rapidly complete the engineering drawing and drawing of axle manufacturing,greatly reducing the labor intensity of designer and improving design quality and efficiency. |
