This paper focus on the user's energy integrated scheduling optimization from the user side based on the development of emerging technology industries with the smart home system as the platform.This paper not only presents the overall framework and design idea of the user side energy scheduling in the management system,but also puts forward a reasonable scheduling scheme based on the user's energy characteristics.A energy dispatch model aims to reduce electricity consumption,increase the percent of new energy elimination on the spot is built.In addition,the paper proposes two methods for obtaining the best user power scheme by using highly effective intelligent optimization algorithms for user acceptability.The system architecture model proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the design of user interface software in the energy Internet side,the proposed algorithm can solve the optimization of energy allocation scheme in Intelligent Home Energy Management System quickly and efficiently.The main work of this paper is divided into the following sections:(1)The theories of energy management system is summarized,and the energy management system model based on data is put forward.The framework of the energy management system adapted to the smart home system is studied according to the characteristics of the smart home system.The development of intelligent Home Furnishing energy management system is expounded from the market demand and the demand of users and the key problems of energy management system design is put forward.This paper puts forward an intelligent Home Furnishing energy management system design ideas with the core of electricity data in this section.Besides an electrical equipment data aware platform is set up which can effectively solve the problem of electricity equipment perception data analysis and electrical equipment power real-time data storage and transmission.(2)The discrete binary kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm is proposed to realize the optimization of the home load scheduling.According to the user's natural usage time of the power is almost at load peaks of the grid,this section puts forward electricity dispatching model,in which the user use electricity with the most comfortable way and the scheduling results take the deviation with original habit of user as the user experience into account.Based on the analysis of the user's electricity demand and the operation rules of the household appliances,the electric equipment is classified reasonably,and the load characteristics of the similar equipment are summarized.The real-time electricity price is introduced as a market mechanism to guide the user electricity consumption.As the model characteristics of high dimension,multi constraint and strong nonlinearity,this paper selects some intelligent optimization algorithms in the model of optimization problems with power optimization and proposed to establish a mapping between object model variables and the search space.A method called dual-coding is used to improve optimization efficiency.The scheduling results showed that a good user experience,less electricity costs,more renewable energy consumption,and contribution to the stable of power grid.(3)Multi-object kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm is presented in this section which is used to realize the optimization of the home load scheduling.Considering the actual application environment,multi-objective optimization algorithm is able to provide a variety of reasonable choice by one time optimization calculation which is better than single objective optimization algorithm.Multi-object kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm was extended from single-object kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm,while the evolution mechanism is retained.Besides non-dominated ranking selection method and a method of de-duplication based on Euclidean distance statistic is introduced.The test results by a set of test functions for Multi-object optimization algorithm showed that Multi-object kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm is more efficient and timesaving.Finally an application on home electricity dispatching proved the efficient of Multi-object kinetic-molecular theory optimization algorithm.
