| The 21st century is an important period of rapid development,with the construction and development of major cities,more and more high-rise buildings,and even super high-rise buildings appear in our lives.Among those high-rise buildings,including a large part of the function or design requires the use of modeling aspects,surrounded by high-rise buildings arranged along a few layers of low houses,forming the so-called podium.Due to the podium,the high-rise building superstructure height is remarkable,uneven load distribution,resulting in differences in the basis of the internal forces and ground reaction force distribution and vary widely.This situation often leads to uneven foundation has greatly deformed,thus affecting the safe use of the building.Because the traditional settlement post-cast strip with the design requirements of the general structure needed to wait until the settlement of the main building is substantially complete.A large number of engineering practice shows that request construction brought many inconveniences following:Construction of precipitation can not be stopped,greatly increased the precipitation cycle;The impact of the construction pit can not backfill the subsequent process,there are security risks;The settlement joint surrounding Prop can not be removed;The basis of prolonged exposure to air,due to the presence of DIF,foundation cracks in exterior walls prone to stretching.To avoid these negative factors,structural form after pouring band gradually lead seal used in the construction project.Based development described above related to the status quo at domestic and foreign,the paper tape summary with advance sealing delay pourde settlement strips,and for advanced sealing settlement delay poured strips structure innovation,will lead the new type advanced sealing settlement delay poured strips structure and wider application of existing types of advanced sealing settlement delay poured strips structure compared with each other,analyze advanced sealing settlement delay poured strips performance.In this paper,ABAQUS software by selecting reasonable constitutive relation and failure criteria,using the appropriate type of contact,boundary conditions and loading,after the establishment of the settlement ahead of sealing delay poured strips with finite element model.For 48 different sets of component size characteristics of nonlinear finite element analysis,analysis of the effect of the settlement delay poured strips with three aspects of the control differential settlement,after the lead seal failure mechanism for settling pouring band to do the analysis,simulation studies loaded in the construction process after pouring with advanced seal damage and cracking cases,respectively,for the settlement delay poured strips on both sides of column spacing between the substrate reaction force coefficient,thickness of foundation slab,extending flange width,concrete grade,width,extending raft factors affecting the mechanical properties of the law for analysis.Relying on shenyang a project example,respectively analyzes the setting settlement joint without slotting,and respectively set up three kinds of advanced sealing settlement delay poured strips,five cases the effect of differential settlement control,validation of new advanced water stop settlement of the structure of the project feasibility of post-cast strip,which provided reference for future similar project cases. |
