The energy problem has always been the key to the development of the world,whether reasonable and effective use of energy,which is directly related to the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of human society.Phase change energy storage technology is widely attention as a sustainable energy in recent years.Phase change energy storage technology can provide the function of the delay time of energy supply,which solve mismatch problem in time and space about building energy,improve energy utilization.Due to the mature technology air source heat pump is applicated development fast and the penetration rate is very high as a energy saving device,in recent years,but because of its defect,air source heat pump is restricted with the outdoor environment temperature,outdoor temperature is too low or outdoor environment temperature is high when indoor is cooling and heating,which led to air source heat pump efficiency is low.This article used the PCMs for heat storage process to the perspective of energy saving and solve the problem that the efficiency of air source heat pump and the outdoor temperature is contradicted.Selected two kind of PCMs,determine the lauric acid and octanoic acid 2:3 eutectic mixture as a cool storage material,determine the 46#paraffin used as heat storage material.Research and design the shape of the phase change heat exchanger and the way of heat transfering,choose a vertical tube aluminum tube encapsulated phase change materials,packaging material is not easy to corrode,it is able to finish more change process with water for heat exchanger.Using the FLUENT software to simulate phase change heat transfer process of PCMs in the heat exchanger,optimization design the diameter of the phase change energy storage unit and flow velocity of water into the heat exchanger,to determine the most efficient and the most cost-effective operation of phase change energy storage.Analyses heat transfer of phase change energy storage heat exchanger based on air source heat pump units,meshing phase change heat exchanger with grid software,using the FLUENT software to simulate and analyse heat storage,heating,cold storage and cooling and analyzed heat transfer law through the changes of temperature field and liquid phase.Research material phase change law in the air source heat pump units as the foundation.Analysing heat and cold storage time and the rate of the liquid phase in the Phase change heat exchanger,creatingthe air source heat pump system operating strategy based on the energy storage heat exchanger.Calculate energy consumption in cold storage and heat storage conditions of air source heat pump units,and compared the energy consumption of air source heat pump units with energy storage heat exchanger,results show that its HSPF and SEER(energy utilization of storage heat and storage cool conditions)were significantly improved.One time energy efficiency is more than other traditional supply,to further improve,in addition to the need to further improve the efficiency of the application of unit,still need to improve the average distribution efficiency.In summary,phase change energy storage system has improved the efficiency of the air source heat pump,improves the air source heat pump in the outdoor temperature is too low or too high efficiency is not high,at the same time sharing with the problem of electric when peak electricity tension,has broad application prospects,which provides a new way for the future application of air source heat pump system.
