Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)is a hot spot in the research and development of civil engineering.As a new FRP strengthening material,carbon fiber plates has the advantages of lightweight,high strength,corrosion resistance,simple operation in construction process and change original structure less.But FRP exist a problem on peeling with structure itself,and carbon fiber plates is no exception.In structural strengthening,once carbon fiber plate peel with structure itself,carbon fiber plate will happen brittle failure,and the utilization of carbon fiber plates is lower,carbon fiber plates has not fully played its performance.So the appropriate anchoring structure is important for carbon fiber plates strengthening,and anchoring quality affects any mechanics and deformation performance index when the structure strengthened.Carbon fiber plates usually uses mechanical anchoring in actual engineering,and mechanical anchoring need drill on substrate,but sometimes drilling doesn’t work when the steel arranged very close,especially in bidirectional limited.So the anchoring structure of gluing is important for carbon fiber plates strengthening.Considering about the importance of gluing anchoring structure,this paper based on study on anchoring structure of concrete member strengthened with CFRP plates,carbon fiber plates strengthened reinforced concrete in concrete surface tensile area,adopting carbon fiber sheet anchoring,steel plates anchoring and anchor bolt compound anchoring,compared with destructive test of carbon fiber plates strengthened concrete member and destructive test of reinforced concrete member without strengthening.This paper analysis the bearing capacity change about concrete member without strengthening and strengthened with carbon fiber plates adopting carbon fiber sheet anchoring,steel plates anchoring and anchor bolt compound anchoring,explore promotion about anchoring structure of strengthening with carbon fiber plates.The results shows that the bearing capacity improved with carbon fiber plates strengthening adopting carbon fiber sheet anchoring compared with concrete member,but carbon fiber sheet anchoring didn’t play carbon fiber plates performance fully;Compared with concrete member and concrete member with carbon fiber plates strengthening adopting steel plates anchoring and anchor bolt compound anchoring,the bearing capacity improved obviously and anchoring structure played carbon fiber plates performance.Through analyzing,carbon fiber plates improve the concrete member bearing capacity but promotion effect depend on anchoring structure.Gluing anchoring structure achieve promotion effect depend on enough real contact area with carbon fiber adhesive and concrete surface.As with mechanical anchoring,gluing anchoring structure can play carbon fiber plates performance when the contact area with carbon fiber adhesive and concrete surface is enough. |
