With the development of economy and urbanization,People's requirement is higher and higher to the building.At the same time,the high-level buildings,high-rise buildings which facade design novel and unique have sprung up under the circumstances of land utilization,so it has higher demands for the construction enterprises to take more security protection measures in the construction process of peripheral.At present,the standard envelope system such as traditional climbing frame,intelligent hydraulic climbing frame are used to the high-level buildings,high-rise buildings,but because of its characteristics of the mechanical system,it can only be used to the construction which external surfaces are relatively regular,and the distribution is not flexible enough,so its advantage can't reflect once encounter facade irregular buildings.At this point,the traditional steel pipe scaffold have better effect in flexible distribution,but its main weakness that the security of fully enclosed,especially the void spaces between external scaffolding and building,the existing technical measures can't close the void space well,so that it lead construction materials,tools,garbage,etc.to fall from this space,and form a major security hidden danger.It used ANSYS to analyze the mechanical property under the static load,sudden load and impact load,then designed a panel turnover interlayer segregation structure in order to solve the security of horizontal protecting between the external scaffolding and external wall.It verified the feasibility in the application by comparing the project application analyze.First of all,it made a system research with measures of interlayer segregation of external scaffolding,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of soft insulation and hard protection at home,outlined the deficiencies of existing research,and putted forward the innovation of this article.Then,it built a theoretical basis by making a new panel turnover interlayer segregation structure,in addition using ansys to analyze the mechanical property under the static load and impact load.Finally,it did an in-depth research to solve the emphasis and difficulty in the process of program,formed a complete set of construction technology and procedure through the application in projects.The results suggest that the conventionalized turnover panel can be designed according to the space between the buildings and an outer layer of indirect changes,form well sealing effect,it can be used as a construction platform by the construction worker,and also can be used as a scaffolding kicking baffle.The Mises equivalent stress,total displacement,displacement and stress fields of the Y directiont,the first principal stress,the third principal stress,contact pressure are all in the range of reliable,mechanical properties stay stabilize,mechanical system is reliable under the static load,walking sudden load and porous brick falling load according to the calculation and analysis.The practical application tests indicated that the result was in good agreement with the calculation,also the ansys model has a reference meaning.
