Energy is the fundamental of social progress,in the energy shortage and environmental pollution increasingly serious background,hydrogen fuel with its low ignition energy,the proliferation of fast,wide fire boundaries,burning and cleaning features gradually on stage.In the hydrogen fuel engine application process,there is due to the inlet block caused by abnormal combustion problems.Therefore,how to ensure the premise of dynamic to avoid abnormal combustion is the hydrogen fuel engine research and development process an important issue.This paper designs and develops a hydrogen fuel engine electronic control system,which is based on the L9741 chip design voltage regulation module,CAN communication module and crankshaft whole wave module to improve the circuit structure function integration and stability,easy to troubleshoot;based on TLE6288 chip design spray Hydrogen valve drive module to achieve Peak & Hold current drive way to drive the hydrogen valve to improve the response rate of the hydrogen valve,while reducing the fuel consumption of the jet valve,effectively solve the problem of overheating of the jet valve,for the implementation of multi-stage hydrogen control strategy basis.In the software,the tempering monitoring module for the hydrogen engine is designed according to the law of the inlet pressure of the single cylinder engine in order to monitor the number of times the engine has occurred during the different working conditions.Based on the Jialing JH600 single cylinder engine,According to the different operating conditions of hydrogen fuel engine,the number of different hydrogen spurts is selected,and the multi-stage hydrogen-spraying control strategy is adopted to solve the problem that the inlet of the inlet is too large.A series of tests on the test bench show that C AN communication is more stable than the serial communication,and the signal transmission is more stable.The e ngine single crankshaft signal starting control strategy based on the principle of tooth extraction can make the engine start smoothly in five working cycles.The use of the Peak & Hold current drive not only reduces power consumption and effectively increases the response time of the hydrogen valve.The multi-stage hydrogen transfer control strategy in the inlet is effective in suppressing the occurrence of tempering due to the clogging of the inlet port under the premise of ensuring the dynamic performance of the hydrogen fuel engine.
