| The low-vibration design is the basic way to solve the vibration of the electromechanical equipment. Vibration source characteristic analysis and vibration response prediction are the key technologies of the low-vibration design. So it is significant of engineering for the canned motor pump, one of the common electromechanical equipment, to study on the low-vibration design method.This thesis analysis the vibration source characteristic of the 7.5 kW canned motor pump as the research object, and estimates the basis for vibration response prediction of canned motor pump. The main research contents are as follows:(1) This thesis estimates the three-dimensional entity model of the canned motor pump,and dicides the finite element mesh of the three-dimensional entity model. The modal characteristics of the rotor system, the stator system and the canned motor pump are analyzed.(2) The rotor system of the canned motor pump is running in the liquid, which is delivered by the canned motor pump. This thesis analyses the wet modal characteristics of the rotor system, and compares with the dry modal characteristics.(3) This thesis tests the modal test the test bench of the canned motor pump. By comparing the simulation results with the test results, this thesis verifies the reasonableness of the finite element model of the test bench of the canned motor pump, and estimates the basis for the subsequent dynamic characteristic analysis of canned motor pump.(4) This thesis calculates the three-dimensional steady numerical calculation of the flow field of the canned motor pump. The distribution rule of the velocity and pressure is obtained.This thesis analyses the flow characteristics of the flow field of the canned motor pump. And on this basis, this thesis calculates the three-dimensional unsteady numerical calculation of the flow field of the canned motor pump. The pressure pulsation characteristics of the flow field of the canned motor pump are obtained.(5) This thesis calculates the two-dimensional numerical calculation of the electromagnetic field of the canned motor pump. The distribution rule of the magnetic line and magnetic flux density is obtained. This thesis analyses the characteristics of the electromagnetic field of the canned motor pump. And this thesis calculates the electromagnetic excitation force of the canned motor pump motor, and calculates the frequency and amplitude of radial electro- magnetic excitation force.This thesis provides a useful reference for low-vibration design of the canned motor pump by modal analysis and vibration source characteristic analysis, and estimates the basis for vibration response prediction of canned motor pump. |
