Abstract/Summary:
Marine Steam Power Plant is widely applied because of its superior performance characteristics. However, during operation, the steam Power Plant long load regulation and low efficiency, which was caused by enormous complex strutted system and strong coupling of different devices. Therefore, how to improve mobility and economic efficiency of Marine Steam Power Plant has become the subject of the current research. The investigation was to implement recovery of the heat energy and working medium by adding a bypass recovery unit to the original marine steam supply system which can improve system stability and economy.Based on the bypass recovery device in Marine steam supply simulation system as the research object, a lot of experimental studies had been worked after in-depth studying the working principle and internal composition of Marine Steam Supply System,. The experimental studies include the steady-state characteristics, the dynamic characteristics,comparison of steady-state characteristics between the different conditions of the key equipment of bypass recovery device; and the dynamic characteristics of bypass recovery device and heat accumulator in joint operation. The change tendency of the important parameters of the key equipment at bypass recovery device are summarized, the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the bypass recovery device are analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of the bypass recovery device under matching operation with the heat accumulator system were analyzed, and the effect of different matching operation modes on the stability of the system was summarized.The results show that the temperature and pressure reducer presents good steady-state performance after performance experiment of the key equipment in the bypass recovery device equipment. What’s more, when export parameters slightly fluctuated in the dynamic disturbance; the effect of load was more important than that of temperature of reducing water.The inner temperature of condenser presents the different separated temperature layers, and condenser can eliminate disturbance and have a good stable performance under the dynamic disturbance. Under different conditions of the bypass recovery device matched with the heat accumulator system, the results show that the stability of the system under low load is better than that of the stability of the system under the high load,the dynamic characteristics of the bypass recovery device under low load is better than under high load; during double thermal storage charge alternately to steam, the longer of alternate time interval, the better of the stability.
