As human constant development of marine resources, the technology of marine equipment has made rapid development. In order to address some of marine equipment such as ships,platforms and other needed jobs or depth and accuracy requirements are relatively higher in a specific location problem, a technique called Dynamic Positioning control technology came into being. Dynamic positioning system and various types of sensors rely on a ship at sea propels maintain a certain position and direction of the closed-loop control system. It is widely used in the ship's point operations, subsea pipeline laying, salvage and other offshore areas of engineering. As to reliability is closely related to the dynamic positioning system and security of the ship, in order to improve its reliability, redundant dynamic positioning system technology has been studied. This paper focuses on the synchronization of redundant dynamic positioning system voting technology, involving its fault detection and isolation of recombinant technology systems are also studied in the design of the foundation of the three redundant dynamic positioning system structure on the conduct of voting the hardware and software design and implementation, and its functional verification.The main contents are as follows:First,the paper describes the purpose and significance of the subject,the results of a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international aspects made redundantfault-tolerant and redundant fault-tolerant technology applications in the dynamic positioning system.Secondly, it introduces a fault-tolerant redundant technology commonly used in technical analysis of the hardware of dual redundant structures and three redundant structures and analyzes its reliability, advantages and disadvantages,and then according to the analysis results identified three machines redundant structure dynamic positioning system, and then to three machines redundant structure of the key technologies such as synchronization,voting,fault detection and isolation system reorganization carried out in-depth research .Then, for three machines redundant structural design, redundant dynamic positioning system of voting has been studied, according to the requirements of redundant dynamic positioning system design's overall program of the vote, and the voting machine's hardware circuit design and a logic circuit design.Again, according to the functions and features three machines redundant dynamic positioning system, the completion of the system software design, including the choice of software platforms, software design, communication design, and data synchronization protocol, voting, fault detection and isolation, and reorganization of the system software realization.Finally,the feasibility of three machines redundant dynamic positioning system design was tested to verify. First introduce the test hardware and software environment. Then for the system to achieve the function of the system were tested synchronization performance, and fault isolation voting algorithm performance and system reorganization, the final system test results were analyzed and conclusions drawn test.
