At present,the detection of the main gear reduction area of the rear axle of the automobile mainly depends on the engineering and technical personnel who have many years of relevant work experience to judge the area,position and shape of the tooth contact area by visual inspection.As the rear axle main gear reducer gear is a spiral bevel gear,tooth profile characteristics are more complex,this method is largely limited by the engineering and technical personnel to detect the location of the station and the visual angle and other factors,easily lead to There is an error in the judgment,and the detection time of the method can not be detected in real time.In addition,the detection of the contact area of the main gear reduction of the rear axle of the automobile is the three-dimensional visual inspection,the equipment price is more expensive and the detection means are in the development stage,Not yet mature.Therefore,the accuracy,real-time and economic aspects of the contact area of the main gears of the rear axle are still the most urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at the complicated characteristics of the helical bevel gear tooth surface in the main axle reducer of the rear axle,a method of non-contact detection of the contact area of the main gear reduction of the rear axle of the automobile is proposed.The image of the tooth contact area is input to the computer by using a monocular camera.The image is analyzed and processed by different algorithms to realize the area of the contact area of the tooth surface.,The location of the measurement,resulting in relatively more accurate data information.And the algorithm used in the image acquisition,processing and analysis of the image is written on the Halcon software.Finally,the control module compiled under the MFC module of Visual Studio is used to connect the experimental system.Software design and commissioning to complete the car rear axle main gear contact area of the monocular visual inspection work.The accuracy and practicability of the detection were verified by the comparison of the monocular visual inspection results obtained by the online detection and the contact spots developed by the sub-tooth contact area.Experiments show that the design of the monocular vision detection system can quickly and effectively detect the area,shape and position of the gear tooth contact area of the rear axle main reducer gear,and can greatly improve the detection efficiency and accuracy,but also can significantly improve Its degree of automation,to solve the traditional test can only be the product of the sample detection can not be completely detected in large quantities of the problem.
