In order to meet the military transportation safety and reliability,the research in the light of the features of locomotive vehicle positioning and monitoring,has become one of the most urgent tasks for Military Railway Management.The military railway locomotive positioning and wireless communication system research and development,which will make significant contributions to the military railway transportation information in logistical system.The system is also a technology platform of the dual-use vehicle positioning and wireless monitoring.Through the development of two times,the system can quickly extended to the general vehicle industry such as road transport,agricultural machinery,construction personnel and portable handheld devices(such as mobile phone,tablet,etc.)has very high economic value.This paper introduces the current situation of locomotive positioning and monitoring system at home and abroad,and elaborates the design of military railway locomotive and the overall program of wireless monitoring system,determines the locomotive positioning mode,analyzes the technical characteristics of various wireless communication methods and takes into account the actual situation Choose the right wireless communication technology.In order to study the characteristics of railway lines,the characteristics of railway lines are analyzed,and the rationality of the track lines is carried out.The track matching algorithm is studied in this paper.Division,the establishment of efficient railway line vector database.Secondly,this paper can carry out modular design of vehicle terminal.Including the study of Beidou positioning technology development characteristics and vehicle monitoring needs,to determine the Beidou positioning system hardware system functional requirements,positioning system core chip selection design,serial communication interface module design,wireless communication network interface design.Then,this paper studies the locomotive dispatching management system,studies the locomotive dispatching management mechanism,aims at scheduling the high efficiency and locomotive safety as the goal,and establishes the real-time monitoring system of the locomotive,including the dispatching management interface,locomotive real-time positioning display interface,storage module,To achieve the motorcycle running the process of secondary management.Finally,this paper summarizes the core technology of locomotive positioning and wireless monitoring system,and introduces the difficulties in the development of the system,and expounds the broad application prospects of the system.
