Crane system is critical spaceflight launch site equipment which undertakes the unloading,transferring and hoisting butt joint work for rockets,vehicles,satellites and escape towers.Bridge crane is the most common used during various crane systems.Aiming at the difficulties during the integral transporting process of solid rocket,such as large and heavy of the object,complexity in the crane designing,a double-crane system with synkinetic type of control is developed in this project,in order to realize synchronous lift the entire solid launch vehicle and complete other tasks independently.The synkinetic control of the double-crane is achieved with the increase of one Profibus-Dp and with the decrease of other system hardware and realizes the double-crane control system physical networking.Interface and logical relationship of the double-crane system is presented,and on this basis the software designing and the network testing are accomplished.The function of the synchronous operation of the double-crane system is realized by redesigning the PLC automatic control software,IPC monitoring software and OP software.The PLC automatic control software edited with ladder diagram on Step-7 platform realizes the self-inspection,automatic controlling,fault detection,lifetime estimation,and the location calculation to control each block.IPC monitoring software works on the basis of Wincc6.2 platform,which has the function of data collection,parameter display,fault alarming,processing prompt,information record and storage,and it can provide the human-computer interaction interface of the crane system for professional operator.OP software is compiled in SIMATIC TIA ProTal software,which has the function of the soft-lift bind,deblocking of cart safety gate,position calibration,frequency converter fault resetting,and it is mainly used for emergency disposal.The date exchange area is defined for the double bridge cranes,which can make the control data and state parameter exchange in certain area and fixed length.The shared control system construction for the double bridge cranes is finished and it can flexibly switch between the gang control of simultaneously lifting the overall solid launch vehicle and the individual control of the completion of other lift work with high efficiency.This project has been used in practical work of space launch and has passed the acceptation inspection,besides the project has good performance in the application during following work,and can meet the task requirement.
