In recent years,people not only pursue the satisfaction of material,but also pay more attention to improve the quality of life,Which makes people gradually value the quality of heating.Heating is a problem about people’s livelihood,the difficulty of heating is the common problems in the northern region,each heating period is a big challenge for the heating company.In the context of energy-saving emission reduction and transformation of the development model.experts actively engaged in heating business to respond the party’s call.they do a lot of research on heating and strive to explore low-power and high-quality heating way.The main three parts of the heating system are heat sources,pipe networks and heat users.The system of pipe network attracts more scholars to study.It is found that the heat loss of the pipe network is mainly caused by the heat medium leakage,the heat loss of pipe surface and the water imbalance,etc.Experts have proposed that variable frequency pump instead of the control valve can solve the hydraulic imbalance,then it developed into a distributed heating.The advantages of distributed heating system are obvious,but there are few studies on their control strategies.The paper introduces the traditional heating system and the distributed heating system,compares the difference between them,summarizes the advantages of the distributed heating system.Analysis the characteristics of different types of building load and the theoretical basis of the different operational regulation,residential buildings use continuous heating and pubic buildings use intermittent heating.In the distributed heating system,the control strategies of the boiler room,the heat source pump and the distributed pump are briefly described.In order to simultaneously adjust the secondary network water supply temperature and flow.The paper changes the water supply temperature of the secondary network through the heat source pump and adjusts the secondary network flow by the distribution pump.The distribution pump regulates the flow rate by constant temperature difference control strategy.Residential building system map is built in the trnsys software.Firstly,the residential building secondary network take different water supply temperature,analyzing the heating effect and energy consumption of different water supply temperature,determining the water supply temperature corresponds to the outdoor temperature in the comfort to the room.Secondly,The water supply temperature of the secondary network is automatically adjusted according to the outdoor temperature,and the flow rate of the secondary network is adjusted by the temperature difference of the distribution pump(25 ℃),the indoor heating effect and energy consumption are analyzed under the control strategy of variable watersupply temperature.Heating period of 3600 hours of the average indoor temperature and heating effect has been greatly improved,the comfort rate is 77.47%,the building’s thermal index is 41.1W/m2.Thirdly,when the indoor heating effect is analyzed,the indoor overheating is serious in the beginning and evening of heating,so it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the secondary network to further reduce the indoor overheating.The use of 45℃ water supply temperature can effectively reduce the overheating of initial and late heating,making the comfort rate of the building increase to 84.36%,the super heat rate reduced about 7percentage points,the building thermal index is 5859.16 GJ,which is 1.17 W / m2 less than the strategy one,and the energy saving effect is obvious.That distributed heating system use appropriate control strategy can achieve the balance between the heat and the user.Public building system map is built in the trnsys software.The system use intermittent mode,simulating the heating under the condition that the design load is increased by 25%,analyzing the indoor temperature distribution when the building starts to use.That heating is moved up 1.5h can not reach the design temperature in 68 days only 1 day,the strategy can fully meet the indoor comfort.In the premise of heating 1.5h ahead of schedule,stopping heating 0.5h in advance can meet the basic requirements of indoor.The public building using the control strategy that 6:30 am start heating and 7:30 pm stop heating.
