With the world economic globalization process accelerating gradually and the advanced development of modern science and technology,modern logistics has become an important symbol to measure national modernization degree.In recent years,the express delivery industry has got a rapid development,annual growth overpasses 60% and the market potential is tremendous,Nevertheless,transportation speed adopting pure highway is slow and air traffic has far cannot satisfy the market demand.Therefore,under the condition of low Commodities transportation volume continuing in railway traffic,it is imperative to carry out the prompt railway goods transportation.Railway has a mature transportation network of natural advantages as the artery of national economy.At present the difficulty of prompt railway goods transport is the quick "door to door" transportation join work,how to find the optimal path of goods distribution,optimize configuration for existing resources and improve the efficiency of transportation,are the main research work of this article.This article is divided into five chapters,the first two chapters is to do foreshadowing for the solution of the problem,chapter three and four are the focus of this article,the fifth chapter makes conclusion and prospects to the research content.Firstly,the development trend of the global logistics industry in recent years is illustrated;then,the development of domestic and international prompt railway goods transportation and vehicle distribution path optimization methods are summarized by detailed research;In the end,we point out the current main problems existing in the prompt railway goods transportation of our country,and describe the main research purpose and meaning of this article.Next,Prompt railway goods transportation market is analyzed from two aspects: market positioning and market demand,from which it can be concluded that it's essential to develop the prompt railway goods transportation at the present stage in our country.Then some important concepts,characteristics,service process and organizational principle,etc.of prompt railway goods transportation and vehicle routing problem are introduced.At the same time,two different models with respect to the vehicle distribution routing problem are built,namely the vehicle distribution route optimization model for split demand service and vehicle distribution route optimization model with time window.The principle and the process of three commonly used path optimization algorithms,such as genetic algorithm(GA)?particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm?tabu search algorithm,are described in detail.Finally,three kinds of algorithm optimization ability ?running speed and stability are studied by using the Augerat standard test set,Meantime,examples are given for validation.Finally,A dynamic vehicle routing optimization problem is studied,which is rather complex in the vehicle routing optimization problem.There are a lot of uncertain factors in real life,so studying dynamic vehicle routing problem is very necessary.When uncertainty factors occur,the distribution path needs to be adjusted dynamically and randomly to complete the distribution task with the best path and saving time and effort.A practical method using hybrid heuristic algorithm to solve the vehicle scheduling problem in the emergency is proposed in this paper with respect to the study of dynamic problems.The Combination of the Mileage saving method with tabu search algorithm can guarantee to obtain a satisfactory solution in a relatively short period of time and where this characteristic also meets the need of an emergency vehicle scheduling,the algorithm is illustrated by examples..
