The Research Of Real Estate Refined Decoration Based On TC-ABC Model

With the continuous expansion of the real estate market,refined decoration projects will become a hot and caring concern,from the fine decoration project implementers point of view,the cost of fine decoration project control has become a major problem in the implementation of the project.In this context,this paper puts forward the combination of two kinds of classical cost control methods,such as target cost method and activity cost method,to control the project cost.This paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign real estate fine decoration projects,real estate refined decoration project cost management research theory,and systematically summed up the basic theory of fine decoration projects,on the basis of this proposed fine decoration project cost control method:(1)Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various cost control methods,the paper adopts the combination of target cost method and activity-based costing method.During the implementation of this method,the target cost method finds the key of cost control Cost method to solve the cost of the tracing of the source of the problem,the two methods complement each other,covering the entire project in advance,things and after the whole process,from the perspective of time and space on the cost of fine decoration project management effective management And the control;(2)Taking the ZC project of S real estate as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the objective-activity-based method proposed in this paper.The conclusion shows that the method is more effective and reasonable than the traditional method.
