Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Project Construction Of A Company

As a link between different cities and regions,the highway plays an important role in economic development and urban life.According to the China Bureau of statistics,as of the end of 2015 China's total mileage of 4 million 577 thousand km highway mileage of up to 1 million 234 thousand kilometers,ranking first in the world.Although China's road assets ranked first,but compared with developed countries,there is still a big gap in the means of management and technology.Management standard and platform for coordinating the parties involved in the lack of highway construction in our country,the parties in the information transmission and transfer of information transmission effectiveness is poor and low efficiency problems,low working efficiency,change of drawing and time-consuming etc.still exist in the actual project,it is difficult to achieve effective project management of the whole life cycle and asset custody.With the continuous development of information technology,building information model BIM(Building Information Model)gradually rise,bring new vitality to the construction industry,and give full play to its advantages in expressway operation,which brings great convenience for highway construction.BIM can realize the effective management and control of project life cycle from the design stage,construction stage and operation stage and late stage of maintenance,the establishment of information platform to connect all parties involved in the design drawings and construction drawings and other data input to achieve participation in information communication parties in the same platform,improve the information transmission efficiency and work at the same time efficiency,can realize the 3D dynamic simulation of construction phases,to simulate the situation and foresee the actual project construction process,the dynamic monitoring of the various stages of the construction process,to achieve a unified coordination to change the design drawings change,to shorten the construction period and reduce material losses.The more developed highway construction management in our country is relatively backward,the research and application of BIM in western countries is relatively mature,many large-scale government projects require the use of BIM technology,the research and application of BIM for highway engineeringindustry in China brings more scientific and rational management methods,more rational allocation of resources,shorten the construction period of treatment the construction of the foreseeable emergencies better,improve the project management level of highway in our country.
