Energy crisis is becoming more and more tense and environmental problems are becoming serious increasingly,which have given a great challenge to the current energy supply status.The joint optimization of hybrid energy and flexible load control is an effective way to solve this problem.In this paper,a universal hybrid energy system model for energy supply,energy consumption and storage system is studied.Based on the virtual storage characteristics of elastic load,a two-time scale operation optimization method is proposed to improve the economy and environmental performance of the system.The main work and innovations are as follows:(1)a universal model of hybrid energy system is built.With renewable energy,energy storage element and elastic load tightly coupled with each other,covering natural gas,electricity,heat and cold,the energy supplies and their characteristics,the type of load,energy prices and optimization objectives of the universal model can be adjusted according to actual situation.Tianjin Binhai Industrial Park is used as an example to validate the model.(2)A day-ahead operation optimization method is proposed,which allows a variety of energy to coordinate and joint optimization of hybrid energy system.Through deciding working states and power outputs for energy supplies and energy storages in the next 24 hours,the first scale optimization method aims to meet the economic or environmental optimization objective,and can be modeled based on actual operation optimization scene.(3)Taking HAVC(Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning)as an example,the flexible regulation performance of thermostatically controlled load is fully studied,and the two-time scale operation optimization method of hybrid energy system based on elastic load virtual storage is put forward.To ensure accurate and efficient of optimization,the optimization is carried out in two different time scales.The second scale is carried out in a specific period of time using the virtual storage characteristics to adjust the switch mode of HAVC,in order to improve the economy performance further under the premise of meeting the demand of the user comfort.The method effectiveness is verified Tianjin Industrial Park.The results of this paper can provide a priori results and practical experience for the follow-up research and practical work such as multi energy complementarity,joint optimization,elastic load and hybrid energy system operation.
