A Discussion On The Classification And Evaluation System Of Rural Cultural Landscape In Guangxi

Rural cultural landscape is an important part of Chinese folk culture,but in the past decade,The China lost a total of 900,000 natural villages,disappearing a day on average about 80 to 100 villages.The landscape of rural culture is disappearing at an alarming rate,which has caused a lot of damage to Chinese folk culture.In the background of rapidly dimishing of rural cultural landscape we are facing now,it had put forward and established scientific and reasonable Guangxi rural cultural landscape classification and evaluation system,which was to provide independent proof of identity,to establish its cultural value,and to provide guidance for the protection and management planning.The thesis ueses the method of the literature research to summary the relevant domestic and foreign landscape classification and evaluation system firstly,and deeply analyses the tourism resources,scenic spot resources,historical and cultural village landscape classification and evaluation system,which lead me to preliminary established the table of Guangxi rural cultural landscape classification and evaluation system and the table of survey guideline.Throught the method of field investigation and experting the questionnaire,initiately verifing whether the classification and evaluation system is scientific and universal.,and based on the investigation and problems encountered in the process of experts,the Guangxi rural cultural landscape classification and evaluation system was established.There are two main achievements in the paper:one is to set up the survey guide for rural cultural landscape in Guangxi and to guide the collection of the basic data of rural cultural landscape.The other was to construct the classification and evaluation system of rural cultural landscape in Guangxi province.It can be divided into the four types,including large,medium and small,basic types,the largre category according to the resource property can be divided into material and nonmaterial cultural landscape,the material cultural landscape in the class can be divided into human cultural landscape,natural landscape according to the layout and the characteristics of resource property of the village;Non-material cultural landscape could be divided into folk customs,folk art,folk arts and historical records in terms of the structure and characteristics of country culture.The small class shall be carried out in accordance with the resources of belonging and functional subdivision,mainly has historic,buildings and facilities,cultural relics and specialty,pattern,biological resources,water resources,land resources,local customs,festivals,verses,drama,dance,history,etc.The basic type is further specific refinement of the small classes.The evaluation system mainly has five layer structure:the target layer,criterion layer and factor layer,evaluation basis,score layer,it has a total of 3 big goal layer,2 indicators,14 criterion layer and the evaluation index which consists of 25 factors layer.Layer of the three objectives:according to the classification of rural cultural landscape and the basis of common resources,it can be divided into human cultural landscape,natural landscape,nonmaterial cultural landscape,to the same kind of monomer landscape scores assigned.The two main indicators are the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators.The two building method:analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the SD semantic difference method and ueses them to set evaluation criteria,factor layer and evaluation basis,The SD referencees are the five key words of very good,good,medium,low and poor,.Finally,according to the result of the grade,five grades are preliminarily drawn,second,third,fourth and fifth grade.There are several aspects being further optimized,such as the timeliness of data collection,the evaluation of public participation,the intelligence of classification and evaluation process.By the research of Guangxi rural cultural landscape classification and evaluation system,it will play a role as a reference Guangxi province's even the whole country's rural cultural landscape protection and planning,and hope to be able to push related laws and regulations,promote the rural cultural landscape protection and utilization.
