Power electronic technology is a very advanced and practical course.Therefore,the experimental link is an indispensable part of this course.There are many kinds of power electronics experiment devices on the market,the control system of them is composed of analog circuits or mixed-signal circuit.There are a lot of deficiencies in the power electronic experiment device currently used in our school: using modular package structure,equipment maintenance is difficult when it is damaged;the rated current and voltage parameters of the power device are relatively small,the result of the experiment are greatly influenced by stray parameters,and the output waveform distortion is very seriously;control system is built by the full analog circuit,its components and circuits will interact with each other;the experimental content is relatively fixed,it is difficult for the students to develop innovative or research-based experiments.In view of this,I has independently developed a set of power electronic experimental device,the experimental device can do traditional power electronic basic experiment,in addition,it can also do comprehensive and innovative experiments,closer to the requirements of the school teaching.In terms of structure,a novel draw-out type structure is adopted,it is convenient for students to observe the internal wiring;In Control,using the digital control,can improve the reliability,stability and accuracy of the control system.The main task of this paper is the design of hardware system and software system.Hardware system includes power-supply module,control module,the main circuit module,load module,and so on.The control module uses FPGA as the master control chip,with digital potentiometer and digital display unit.In addition,it has a special interface for users to secondary development,so,the device has a good scalability.Moreover,on the various modules are configured with the special protection circuit.Software system design includes the control pulse of each experiment and the control of digital potentiometer and digital display unit.The experiment device can meet the needs of the teaching after debugging and the use of a period of time.
