In recent years,with the increasing scale of wind power integration,the impact of wind power on the grid is also growing and abandoned wind power rationing is a serious problem.Whether the power system dispatch center can monitor the operation of the wind farm in real time is directly related to the stability of the operation of the power grid.To respond effectively tothe volatility and uncertainty of wind power and improve theconsumptive ability of wind power in power system,studying on a new type of wind power coordinated scheduling method from multiple time scales has a very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,based on the summary of the research status of wind power dispatching methods at home and abroad,the impact of wind power on power system voltage,power angle,frequency stability and wind power scheduling problems in Inner Mongolia area as the research object are analyzed and some measures to improve the wind power capacity are discussed.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the prediction error of wind power with the gradual reduction of the predicted time scale,a multi-level coordination and gradual refinement scheduling strategy is adopted.On the time scale,a multi-time scale coordinated wind power dispatching model is adopted which dividesthe whole process of load dispatching into 4 time scales:a day-ahead 24-hour scheduling,an intra-day 1-hour scheduling,a 15-minute dispatch and a real-time dispatch.The results show that the model and method can effectively reduce the uncertainty of wind power and load forecasting in Inner Mongolia power grid.Then,the coordination scheduling strategy is analyzed and the original generation plans of scheduling schemes with different time scales are revised according to the latest forecast information of wind power and load,the actual completion of unit power andthe corresponding time period whichcan effectively overcome the influence of uncertainty caused by large-scale wind power.Finally,the overall framework of multi-scale wind power dispatching automation system is studied.And functions of each subsystem are designed which mainly include the SCADA system of the main station of wind farm,the numerical weather forecast,the wind power forecast system and so on.
